Mountain View Cottage

2 kms down the road from the House at Pooh Corner is the Noordhoek Lakes, a conservancy estate, built around the Noordhoek wetlands.

The Lakes enjoys fabulous views of Chapman's Peak, the Silvermine Mountain range and the unspoilt rural tranquility, while being only 30mins away from the hub of Cape Town and the Waterfront.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms, (shower and bath) and is beautifully furnished in an unfussy and child friendly way.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and lounge with satalite TV, and DVD leads through glass doors to a small private garden. The laundry has both a washing machine and tumble drier for those staying a bit longer. A single garage and carport are available.

All linen and towels are provided. A weekly or daily cleaning service is available on request. Car hire, airport transfers and private sight-seeing tours can be arranged.

 A canoe and life-jackets are available to enjoy the tranquil lakes and fishing is permitted. The quiet, and safe surroundings make this a perfect base from where to enjoy Noordhoek and the beautiful Cape.
